#AskTheExpert My daughter Ishanvi is having little cough what home remedy i can do? Can i give honey plus ginger to her.. She is 2.1 yrs old

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. You can feed her a paste by mixing small quantity of basil leaves, ginger and honey. Mix well and give 1 tea spoon thrice a day.
also give steam inhalation.

boil some Tulsi leaves crushed ginger in a cup of water till it is half
give 2-3 spoon three times a day..
you can give a spoon of honey before bed or a glass of turmeric milk
