#AskTheExpert my daughter is very thin she is just 12.5 kg and 3.5 yrs old. i m worry what to do? she eat two chapati in a day rice pulses one bowl vegetable and one seasonal fruit in a day. but not gaining weight. what to do

A. dear mom, weight if ur daughter is normal.. no need to worry about it.. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy. Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time. Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.
