#AsktheExpert My daughter is underweight. Plz suggest diet plan for 4-5 year baby. Thank you

A. Hi, 8 AM-breakfast plus glass of milkshake 11 AM-fruit bowl with dry fruit powder and honey 1 p.m-rice and Sambar or Dal rice with vegetable fry and curd rice 4 PM-any fruit juice, milkshakes, vegetable soups. 7 PM-dinner. Before putting baby to sleep give a glass of lukewarm milk with a pinch of turmeric added to it. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits and awake. You can include butter milk and egg and paneer.
