Q.

#AskTheExpert my daughter is turning one year on 4th May. I am planning to start her cow's milk. how much should I give and how should I give her. breastfeeding at night- how many days should i continue as I am starting to work after her first birthday.

A. Hi mom U can continue to breastfeed ur baby till two years as long as you and your baby are comfortable. yes once your baby completes one year then u can introduce cow milk to ur baby. Milk should be given around 400 ml in a day Including the dairy products.
