A. It might be common cold only so don’t worry and complete the course of medicine and start giving steam to the baby daily twice a day and keep feeding take care

A. Follow the doctor's instructions and give proper medicine to the baby can breast feed the baby even if you are having fever.. maintain distance from the baby other than feeding or only if necessary keep the baby clean hygienic
