#asktheexpert my daughter is one plus now but she is not gaining expected wright, can you please suggest what can we include in her diet plan.

A. Toddlers are mostly active and therefore, gain weight slowly. If baby is active and healthy, there is no need to be worried about it. You can include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 650-750 ml milk everyday for healthy weight gain. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
