A. Hello good evening !! If baby is sleeping then don't worry. If any soap bubbles enters into nose , baby becomes cranky then use a soft cloth make cloth roll thinly so that it enters into nostrils just for 2-3 seconds clean nostrils and do normal water bath or wipe water around nose and mouth. Give Breast feed and make baby sleep, generally water from nostrils enters into mouth so giving feed immediately might soothes baby.
