#AskTheExpert my daughter is on breastfeed plus formula. After six months shall I continue formula or can I give her normal packet milk

A. It is recommended to introduce cow or Buffalo milk to baby only after 1 year as by then their immunity and digestive system develop for outside milk and foods. You can continue feeding formula milk Stage 2 from 7th month onwards till then. Once you give cow milk, dilute it with some water to make it more digestible.
