#asktheexpert My daughter is on 7 Month and 26 days . when I will food with mix chilli she will cry ear will full of tear... so how I can give tikha....

A. hi areh..but baby is too young please avoid such spicies you can add spices like coriander powder , haldi powder ,c etc
