Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products.
give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby all. home made food which you are giving other family members.. lso you can add eggs, chicken, rgi porridge, soaked nuts and fresh fruits and vegetables along with cow milk twice a day.
