#AskTheExpert My daughter is not eating vegetables. its getting difficult to introduce new food except dal chawl. she eats few junk food like dosa, pav bhaji n garlic bread. only these are her food options. please suggest how can I introduce new healthy food.

A. make eating time enjoyable, interesting, encourage them to self eating. Involve your child in each process of food preparation from buying things and preparing to get his interest in food. Take his opinions. Eat with him. Try to have meals all members sitting together. gi e healthy meaks in school tiffins
