Q.

#asktheexpert my daughter is not able to poop due to constipation as we have started Ragi. She is putting pressure for the poop but no results and her butts are going deep red. we have inserted the Dulcoflex but still noting happen. what should we do..

A. it is not advisable to give complementary feeding before completion of 6 months of age and ragi can cause constipation in small children so meet your doctor and avoid giving any other food accept milk before completion of 6 months
