#AskTheExpert my daughter is having cough from last 3 days, it get amplified mostly while sleeping in night. we are giving Montair LC but don't see any progress.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cough in a child could be allergic , infective or due to some other cavuse like GERD so it needs proper valuation before giving any mxedication .
Primarily you can give steam inhalation to the child for the improvement before consulting your doctor.
