#AskTheExpert My daughter is having cough ang cold.. she is 1.3 years old.. for the past 3 months she is having running nose..every time the climate change it gets worse and she gets fever also... She also got admitted in October for the same.

whenever you touch the palms and soles of the child they should be warm. prevent temperature variations from hot to cold and cold to hot environment.
you can use a room
heater or blower to maintain a constant temperature during night time to prevent fluctuations. give more fluids to the child orally.
complete the vaccination of the child on time
