Q.

#asktheexpert My daughter is formula fed since birth.. now she's almost about to be 1½yrs....so can we stop it feeding formula?

A. yes you should shift for cow's or buffaloes milk. At 1 year, solid foods – including healthy snacks – are now your child's main source of energy and nutrition. He can take between three quarters to one cup of food three to four times a day, plus one to two snacks between meals. Continue breastfeeding as much as your child wants, until he is at least 2 years old.

A. Thankyou and by the way she is not breastfeeding thats why formula feeding.... So i just want to know whether we can stop formula or to continue it till she is 2years since she is not breastfeeding..... thankyou
