Home Remedies to Relieve Constipation ✅ Give Warm Water: Offer 1-2 teaspoons of lukewarm water after meals. ✅ Fruit Purees: Try prune, pear, papaya, apple, or banana puree (avoid raw bananas). ✅ Tummy Massage: Massage gently clockwise with coconut or mustard oil. ✅ Bicycle Exercise: Move baby's legs like cycling to release gas. ✅ Give More Fiber Foods: If eating solids, include mashed papaya, stewed prunes, ragi porridge. ✅ Avoid Rice Cerelac: Instead, offer oats, moong dal khichdi, or ragi. 3.
