A. give few sips of water before your child start learning ,it keeps good oxygen level and help in focusing the things well.

A. hi at study time, strictly avoid any kind of distractions practice yoga or mediation for better attention span. You need to be careful about diet too avoid giving sugary and too salty food frequently
