#AskTheExpert my daughter is breastfed till now. she is now 8 months completed.. can i use cow milk or formula for adding in solids ? which is better if I'm to use formula can i use enfamil

You cannot use Kaus milk or formula milk to prepare food korte Chai all the only milk that you can use currently in the food of your child is going to be toned pasteurise packet milk that is going to be a better option that UK news for direct consumption as well
