#asktheexpert My daughter is 9.5months old. I want to start her giving external milk. Can I do so if yes,what I can mix with it? As my milk is not sufficient for her and I am also giving semi solid foods like dal rice,upma,veggie purie but still I want some milk in any form so please suggest what I can give. thnku

better to continue with breastfeeding
please provide it at least one year age
please give more and more breastfeeds which Naturally increase your breastmilk supply
mam,you can take supplements like leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day for this too
