A. Hello mom could be nutritional deficiency. As you have mentioned her diet is pretty low . She need to be on balanced diet which comprises of all food groups such as fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, dry fruit and nuts , fluids in form of vegetable soups , buttermilk , juices , coconut water etc . Whole grains and cereals , variety of dals and chana , rajma etc .
