#AskTheExpert my daughter is 6month 10days old. she is having light dry cough from last 2 days. her has cough increased from last night and having stuffy nose also. currently no medication is given. only breast feed is given. pls provide solutions for it. is medication needed? yesterday she had banana also.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. stick to the good home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and using nasal saline drops in nose.
you may also give tulsi water. if your baby is restless, fever, not taking feeds consult with ur doctor
