#AskTheExpert my daughter is 6 years old, but weighs only 13kg. although I am ok with it because she is very active but is there any way to increase her weight?

A. Hello mom that good that you are fine as far as she is active for her age and eating well also a lot depends even on family genes as well .. in diet You can give her some ghee in her meals , panner c milk , eggs, dals , whole grains like chana , rajma etc rice stuff paranthas etc , dry fruits and nuts, seasonal and locally available fruits and vegetables, sago , soya
