Q.

#asktheexpert my daughter is 6 and half months old now.. she also looks like teething .she is having severe loose motions .. giving G norm and levomac as per doctor’s prescription ... but no improvement.. i wanna knw what is causing her diarrhoea and what can i do to stop motion

A. During teething kids tend to put everything in mouth due to irritation in the gums. Make sure everything around the baby especially babies hands are clean. give clean silicone teether to chew on.

A. Hello ma’am teething is happening which is why your child is having lose motions as it is very common with teething to some kids.. I will advise you to continue with the medicine that your doctor has given you and if you can possible even avoid giving milk for the time being because it increases lose motions just give good amount of ORS to your child as that is going to be much more healthier
