#AskTheExpert my daughter is 6 and half minths old. started weaning.. she was given banana powder and ragi.. but now she disagrees to have these... my parents force me to give the same item.. what should i do... what are the other fiid that i should give my dqughter

A. dear parent, do not force feed your baby, it creates negative relationship with food. you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. You can give foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer. then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd. later mashed paneer.
