AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means ur baby is taking sufficient feed. If ur breast feed is insufficient then u can start with formula milk. Semi solids and water to be introduced once baby completes six months.
