Q.

#AskTheExpert my daughter is 5 months old now and taking formula milk from the time her birth. Can i give her cow milk now? And now a days she is chewing her fingers badly, what are the reasons and how we can help her?

A. no cows milk till one year. only breast milk or formula milk. all you can do is start with semi solids. if the baby is chewing fingers then might be she is on teething. give silicon teether or massage the gums with clean hands. massage the head daily and specially at the back of ears. press the gums with clean cool cloth.
