#asktheexpert my daughter is 4 years old . I feel that her stomach gets upset when I give her milk for some time continuously . I give her curd everyday. Can I skip milk and give her curd instead of it. ?

That would completely depend on the kind of milk you are giving to the child sometimes kids are not very healthy and they are not a very happily digesting an animal milk or something so you can try to change the milk that you are giving to the child and see if there is a difference
