#AskTheExpert My daughter is 4 years and 6 months old. She is lacking interest towards food. she is underweight. plz guide me, which type of food I should give to her so that she can gain some weight.

A. To improve weight offer protein rich food, Like- all pulses, eggs, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts. offer potato, sweet potato, grapes, chikoo, custard apple to increase weight.

A. hello some kids are fussy in eating and try with different food option and recipe and also give baby small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time and also include dry fruits and dairy products which can help in the growth of your child also
