A. Hi, firstly take the iron and calcium supplements until one year as suggested by your gynaecologist as a breastfeeding mom it is very important. Take a healthy fibre, calcium, iron rich food. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is good for skin and hair. Take coconut oil warm it and apply to hair gently give a massage. Leave it for half an hour and take bath.
