#asktheexpert my daughter is 4 months 27 days old. from last 2 months I am having severe hair fall. what's the solution of this problem?

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, firstly take the iron and calcium supplements until one year as suggested by your gynaecologist as a breastfeeding mom it is very important. Take a healthy fibre, calcium, iron rich food. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is good for skin and hair.
Take coconut oil warm it and apply to hair gently give a massage. Leave it for half an hour and take bath. Always use lukewarm water to take head bath. Use mild shampoo. Avoid too much of hot water.Write Your Answer Here
