#AskTheExpert my daughter is 3 yrs 8 months old...she is having recurrent nasal congestion and is having discomfort while she sleeps..doctor on examination found she has developed adenoid hypertrophy...what is the solution as donot want to give her oral steroid spray

A. allergic rhinitis ok needs antihistamine regularly okcold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
