#AskTheExpert My daughter is 3 yr 4 months old. She is very reluctant to poop on pot. She is very well trained in peeing on pot but not ok with pooping there. I make her sit there showing some perks and she will sit there for an hour but with no output. Any tips to change her mindset?

A. if there is constipation give plenty of liquids along with high fibre in the diet which is very important things to be avoided which causes constipation like milk banfgana and maida then consult the doc
