#AskTheExpert my daughter is 3 years old now. she is having pomegranate, apple, banana and guava on daily basis form her 1 1/2 age. but since she is anemic. why and how to solve this

A. invlude more iron rich food to your baby.. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes can be healthy finger food.
