- Kids can have better after they poop well.
-Make them drink enough liquids in any form either it's juice, tang, buttermilk or just water.
-There energy is so high, channelise it.
Make him play till he gets tired, sweaty, or hungry.
-Take once or twice your kid for a long walk as per them.
-My hubby used to make kid jump on gym ball till he get tired, sweaty.
And kids do love it.
Kids love to work out. It's fun for them so try whatever is suitable or other methods to make your kiddo gets hungry.
