#AskTheExpert my daughter is 3 years old and she eats perfectly fine. she gets constipated often. her stool becomes hard like round small small balls.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello make sure to give your child water after every solids abd also give baby fibre rich food in the diet and you should also include fruits especially banana and papaya which can help baby to get relief from the constipation problem and make sthe baby feel better and comfortable
