#asktheexpert my daughter is 3 months old.. she now sleeps for 5hrs straight at night.. i use to feed her every 2 hrs before.. should i continue waking her up for feed or let her sleep through night ? and from what age we can let them sleep through night without feed ?

A. Don’t do anything that your child sleep when your child wakes up and demand for a feed in the middle of the night even if it is after 5 to 6 hours stretch that is totally fine feed your child on demand your child is sufficiently fool which is why your child is sleeping for a longer duration and with age this is going to get better so right now it’s completely normal
