#AskTheExpert my daughter is 2yrs 2 months and she sleeps late at night around12 am. her cycle is lile 12am to 9am or 10am than nap around 2:30pm till4:30pm. Can you suggest how can I prove her slepp cycle

A. Hello, your baby girl is 2.6 Years old and she sleeps 8/9 hours at night and naps of 1 hours twice a day so don’t worry it is very normal for her age
