#AskTheExpert my daughter is 2yrs 2 months and she sleeps late at night around12 am. her cycle is lile 12am to 9am or 10am than nap around 2:30pm till4:30pm. Can you suggest how can I prove her slepp cycle

A. Hello, your baby girl is 2.6 Years old and she sleeps 8/9 hours at night and naps of 1 hours twice a day so don’t worry it is very normal for her age

Q. my boy 2y 6m wakes up late after 9am. if he sleeps in the afternoon he will sleep for atleast 3 hours then at night he sleeps when we sleep that is near 12am. if I doesn't make him sleep in the afternoon he will play through out the day and at night he sleeps early at 9pm /10pm. and wakes up mrng at 9am I am confused which routine is good for him. plz suggest something.and he is very active all the day.
