#AskTheExpert my daughter is 21 months old. she awakes so many times during night sleep and cry continuously for milk... what could be the reason for this. and what are the suggestive solution that she sleep properly for 4-5 hrs in night without disturbance

DivyaMom of a 6 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. I also faced this situation. Keep your kid's dinner time at 8 or 8.30 PM. By 10 PM, give 150 to 180 ml of milk. The baby will feel stomach filled and sleep well. by morning 4 - 4.30 AM, give 150 - 180 ml of milk. this worked for me. try this way.
