A. weight is less restrict mill it will help Give ur baby well balanced diet  It will help  You can give everything at this age which u make at home for family.  Just avoid extreme spicy, extreme sweet, and oily food items.  Give all types of food items which baby like, make it tasty and colourful which attracts baby.  Give all types of fruit and fruit juices  including seasonal fruits also.  Provide more green vegetables in diet  Can add dry fruits in food items.  It will help  Keep ur baby well hydrated  Restrict milk to 500 ml per day   Add some appetiser   if possible.  Constipation very common at this age   Change all bad food habits in babies It will help Give ur baby plenty of oral liquids,  (Plain water, Fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits) Give fiber rich food items in diet. Green vegetable, beans, carrots,sweet potatos will work. Avoid to give maida products like biscuits and mainly bakery products Restrict milk intake to 400-500 ml per day  Do tummy massage if possible Add some stool softner or laxatives if advised by pediatrician.

A. hi dear Here are some tips to prevent and treat constipation: Add more fiber to their diet if your baby's started solid foods, Switch from rice cereal to barley, which has more fiber. When you start introducing fruits and vegetables, try high-fiber ones like pureed prunes and peas.
