Q.

#AskTheExpert My daughter is 2 yr 6mnth old, she dont like milk at all. M still feeding her and i was planning to wean off slowly by starting cow milk. Can you suggest a healthy mix for milk as she wont drink plain milk at all.

A. hi yes ,sure .. it is best to wean a child gradually. so , gradually replace breastfeeding session one by one with cow's milk. to encourage your child , you can try milk with honey, milk with gulkand, milk with dry fruits powder,khus milk,rose milk etc or you may buy special fancy cup or glass
