#asktheexpert my daughter is 2 years 3 months now and till date I have not given her any suger or chocolate. At what age shall I introduce the suger and what amount is healthy for for her...please advise

A. Hi parent Sugar can be given from now onwards but don't use chocolate as it has so much sugar , preservatives and oil in it. Take home made and fresh food avoid packaged stuff
