#AskTheExpert My daughter is 2 years 2 months old. She is habitual of Thumb-Sucking. I try to stop her , but she never do. Particularly while sleeping she is keep her thumb inside the mouth. Can you please suggest some medicine or lotion or nail paint type of medicine to apply on thumb to get rid of this.

please reduce her screen time gradually and spend your time with her
tell her stories and talk to her maintening eye contact
don't scold her when she takes thumb
just pull it out of her mouth very gently
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
