#AskTheExpert my daughter is 2 year 2 month old she has iron deficiency i am trying all my best to full fil her requirement of nutrients but nothings working out she is not gaining weight πŸ˜’

A. if you have an iron deficiency you need to start with iron supplements and include more green vegetables dates methi in the diet and give some Vitamin C rich fruits because Vitamin C helps and proper absorption of dietary iron and also keep the physically more active because physical activity improve the digestion and helps in weight gain
