#AskTheExpert my daughter is 2 months old and she sleeps for very less period like twenty or thirty minutes and also sometimes she awakes all night how can we better her sleep cycle one more thing her naval is slight swollen do we need to be worry

At the same time it is way too soon to regulate the sleep cycle of the baby and you can try and ergonomic baby carrier which will help in holding the baby and also making the baby fall asleep a little bit faster
