A. Hello dear parent! Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks a day that includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
