#AskTheExpert my daughter is 1year 4 months old,, can you please give guidance about how or in which way I should take care her so she can be physically and mentally fit....this is my top most priority

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please do the following things: offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet keep your child well hydrated avoid giving RO water provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day dress your child in weather appropriate clothes spend quality time with your child offer age appropriate toys maintain good hygiene
