Q.

#AskTheExpert my daughter is 18months old..she is having formula milk.i am thinking of switching from formula to cow milk..but she is not drinking cows milk..can i mix formula and cows milk?? like 4ounce of formula and 2ounce of cows milk... gradually reducing the amount of formula..??

A. start with buffalo milk in diluted form with water boiled with fennel and carom seeds...buy an attractive sippers and start offering in that.. slowly switch to cow milk as it's more hard to digest

A. Yes you can mix, Limit your child's milk intake to 16 ounces (480 milliliters) a day. Include iron-rich foods in your child's diet, like meat, poultry, fish, beans, and iron-fortified foods. Continue serving iron-fortified cereal until your child is eating a variety of iron-rich foods (at around 18–24 months old).
