A. The best way to increase kid's weight is to include fatty and protein rich foods in the diet like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, milkshakes with dry fruits, legumes, eggs, ghee, chicken, fish, banana, cereals, avocado, etc. Feed 3 main meals and 3 times healthy snacks.
