Q.

#AskTheExpert.... my daughter is 10.5 months old.Can we start deworm syrup to her?

A. Deworming medicine is to be given after one year of age and the dose is 200 mg of albendazole once at night time and then repeat the same dose after 14 days onwrce this cycle should be repeated every six months at least till 5 year of age but please give this medicwine only after medical advice.

A. Yes if you want you can give it anyways deworming can be done every six months not necessarily because your child may be having homes in the body but sometimes because they don’t maintain proper hygiene habits for that matter we should get it done regularlyWrite Your Answer Here
