#asktheexpert my daughter is 1 yr old now but she didn't talk and didn't walk , is there any problem with her or it's normal?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 12 months old and she doesn’t walk or talk yet so don’t worry let her go her own way she will be normal automatically as she grows up

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support. After 12 to 15 months baby will start Walking independedntly and sometimes it mahy take even longer but in no case any Walker should be avoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because the child lacks confidence of walking independently.

Sowmya MMom of a 11 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. hello actually all of us done at the age of 1 year you cannot expect everything each baby is different as well as they are milestone also so just try to interact with your baby you can use the Walker also give good oil massage to the baby usually they take more than 13 to 14th month if it previous not a call attend even a single word also then better check with the doctor
