A. In one year, there are variety of new foods that can be introduced in baby's diet like oats with dry fruits, besan and beetroot cheese, chicken soup, khichdi, rice with delicious, chapati with paneer gravy, boiled eggs, omelette, stuffed parantha, fish fingers, veg cutlet, milkshakes with dry fruits, mixed vegetable soup, etc. At this stage, toddlers are hyper active and their main focus is on playing and exploring around and therefore, they resist eating food. You can either give formula milk or cow milk, whichever baby drinks with ease. Give foods made from milk too like curd, buttermilk, custard, dalia, etc.
